Axcess Tickets provides an online platform for event organizers (“Organizers”) to create, manage, and sell tickets to events, and for customers (“Attendees”) to purchase tickets to such events.

We act solely as a ticketing and event management service provider and are not responsible for the actual events, their quality, content, or cancellation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Event Organizers

Organizers are responsible for:

Ensuring all event information (name, date, time, venue, policies) is accurate and lawful.
Managing ticket inventory, refunds, and event logistics.
Complying with applicable laws and venue regulations.

Axcess Tickets may collect service fees on each transaction, which will be disclosed before publishing the event.

5. Ticket Sales and Payments

Tickets sold through our Platform are subject to:

Service Fees: Fees may be applied to each ticket and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via our authorized payment gateway.
Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policy unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

We are not liable for disputes between organizers and attendees regarding refunds or cancellations, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Event Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is canceled or postponed:

Organizers must promptly inform attendees and Axcess Tickets.
Refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s refund policy.
Axcess Tickets reserves the right to withhold service fees for work already rendered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its security.
Attempt to resell, duplicate, or counterfeit tickets.

Violation may result in account termination or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Advanced CG LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Axcess Tickets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We make no guarantees regarding event quality, attendance, or organizer performance.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total service fees paid to us in connection with your use of the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy . By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced CG LLC, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pittsburgh, PA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
